Welcome to Unique Goods, the trading name of Unique Goods Trading Nam CC (“Unique Goods”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing products through our website, physical store, social media platforms, WhatsApp, telephone orders, or any other sales channel operated by Unique Goods, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
1. General
- These Terms and Conditions govern all sales transactions between Unique Goods and its customers.
- By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Unique Goods reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Product Information
- We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance, colour, packaging, or specifications.
- Unique Goods reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Namibian Dollars (N$).
- Full payment must be received before goods are dispatched or collected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), processed securely via DPO Pay
- Bank Transfer
- E-Wallet
- Blue Wallet
- Easy Wallet
- Cash Payments
- Any other approved payment methods
Card payments and security
Card transactions are processed on DPO Pay’s secure payment page. Unique Goods does not see or store your full card details on this website. Card payments are protected by industry-standard encryption.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment references are correct.
- Unique Goods reserves the right to cancel orders where payment has not been successfully received.
4. Orders and Acceptance
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by Unique Goods.
- Unique Goods reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after payment, the customer may be offered:
- A replacement product;
- Store credit; or
- A refund subject to these Terms and Conditions.
5. Delivery and Collection
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Unique Goods shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier services;
- Public holidays;
- Weather conditions;
- Transportation disruptions;
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
- Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.
- Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify Unique Goods of any visible damage within 24 hours.
- Customers using third-party transport services, buses, couriers, or drivers do so at their own risk once goods have been handed over.
6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
6.1 No Refund Policy
Unique Goods operates a strict No Refund Policy.
Products purchased from Unique Goods are generally not refundable unless required by applicable Namibian law or where Unique Goods determines that exceptional circumstances justify a refund.
6.2 Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
- The item must not show signs of misuse, abuse, damage, alteration, or wear.
Unique Goods reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving an exchange.
6.3 Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered where:
- The product is proven to be defective and cannot reasonably be repaired or replaced;
- Unique Goods supplied the incorrect item and no suitable replacement is available;
- A legal obligation requires a refund;
- Other exceptional circumstances approved by management.
6.4 Refund Administration Fee
Where a refund is approved, Unique Goods reserves the right to deduct:
- Banking charges;
- Payment processing fees;
- Administrative handling costs;
- Delivery or courier costs already incurred.
A refund administration fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may be charged where permitted by law.
The exact deduction will depend on the circumstances of the transaction.
6.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless defective:
- Clearance items;
- Promotional items;
- Special order items;
- Customized products;
- Consumable products;
- Hygiene and personal care products;
- Products damaged through misuse.
7. Warranty
- Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Physical damage;
- Water damage;
- Electrical surges;
- Negligence;
- Unauthorized repairs;
- Improper use.
- Unique Goods may require products to be inspected before approving any warranty claim.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Namibian law, Unique Goods shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses;
- Consequential damages;
- Loss of profits;
- Business interruption;
- Data loss;
- Any damages arising from misuse of products.
- Unique Goods’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information;
- Use products according to manufacturer instructions;
- Inspect goods upon receipt;
- Keep proof of purchase for warranty and exchange purposes.
Customers agree to:
10. Selling Items to Unique Goods
- Submitting an item is an offer to sell it to Unique Goods; it is not a listing on your behalf, and no commission is charged.
- All offers are subject to inspection and are accepted at Unique Goods’ sole discretion.
- Where an item is accepted, Unique Goods purchases it from you and arranges payment with you directly. Any resale is done by Unique Goods as the owner of the item.
- Unique Goods may require proof of identity and ownership before purchasing, as is standard for the purchase of second-hand goods.
Where you offer an item for sale to Unique Goods through our “Sell to Us” service, the following applies:
11. Force Majeure
- Natural disasters;
- Strikes;
- Government actions;
- Pandemics;
- Transport disruptions;
- Utility failures.
Unique Goods shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

- Unique Goods will collect and process customer information only for legitimate business purposes.
- Customer information will not be sold to third parties.
- By purchasing from Unique Goods, customers consent to the collection and use of information necessary to process orders and provide services.
13. Fraud Prevention
- Unique Goods reserves the right to verify customer identity before processing orders.
- Orders suspected of fraud may be delayed, suspended, or cancelled.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Namibia.
